Trim Levels
There are five trim levels for the new Ford Explorer near Columbia, MO. They are the following:
Ford Explorer Base: The base Explorer comes with plenty of standard features, meaning it's already well equipped to handle whatever you throw at it. Key features include the 300 horsepower turbocharged engine, a power liftgate, remote start, and at least nine safety features and technology.
Ford Explorer XLT: The XLT trim is the next trim up. It brings second-row captain's chairs with a power-assist fold, additional USB ports, and heated front seats.
Ford Explorer Limited: In the middle of the pack is the Limited trim, Macon, MO. Expect to find ventilated front seats, a Bang & Olufsen sound system, wireless device charging, front parking sensors, and more upscale items.
Ford Explorer ST: Fourth on the list is the ST trim, which adds sportier features. This adds the twin-turbocharged V6 engine, which produces 400 horsepower. The suspension is now sport-tuned, and sports seats are added. Four-wheel drive, reverse brake assist, and parallel and perpendicular park assist round out the added features.
Ford Explorer Platinum: The Platinum trim is the top-of-the-line near Mexico, MO. It brings upgraded interior materials, four-wheel drive, a tow package, front and rear skid plates, and a twin-panel moonroof.
